Step (1)
Collect Documents
- Complete online application and gather required documents listed below.
Step (2)
Send Your Documents
- You may choose our complimentary document pre-check service and email in your documents for review before shipping in physical documents for processing.
- You may also set up an appointment to come into our office so we can review and prepare your documents for submission.
Step (3)
Submit Application
- We will submit your application for processing to the foreign consulate the next business day.
- Should any additional requirement or demands from the consulate arise, we will inform you immediately to process request accordingly.
Step (4)
Receive Documents
- Once visa is issued we will collect your visa and any original documents from the consulate on the day scheduled for pick up.
- We'll contact you the same day your visa is issued. You may either pick it up at our location or for your convenience we can overnight it back to you via FedEX or with your own supplied airbill.

Consulate/Embassy will NOT accept electronic signatures for applications, MUST be original signature.

ATTENTION: Please contact our office first before shipping in your passport and documents.

IMPORTANT!!!! All completed visas will be shipped directly back to the applicant by the Embassy of India. Method of shipping will be FedEx or UPS. Please make sure shipping address matches applicant’s proof of residence and address on application is correct. Embassy will not accept a secondary shipping address.
Required Documents For Tourist Visa
1- Your Passport

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months (calculate from date of departure)

Passport must contain at least two blank Visa page. PLEASE NOTE: Pages in the back of the passport for Amendments and Endorsement DO NOT count as visa pages.

Your passport MUST be decent condition and signed.

ATTENTION: If you have had any previous visits to Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Iran, Iraq, Nepal, Sri Lanka, or Syria, please make sure to inform us ahead of time for specific instructions.

3- Passport Type Photos

Two 2x2 passport type photographs.

Photo MUST be taken within the past 6 months.

Neutral expression and Photo must be in high quality.
4- Proof of Residency

Copy of applicants driver’s license, or utility bill with applicants name and address.

Sky Embassy will submit to proper jurisdiction according to residency.
5- Flight Itinerary
-
Must be round trip. Please make sure itinerary is printed from an online vendor or on travel agency letterhead.
6- Present your proof of US immigration status (ONLY FOR NON-USA CITIZEN)

Must submit ORIGINAL permanent resident green card, I-94, or I-20.
7- Former Citizens Of India

You must provide proof of Renunciation of Indian Citizenship.
8- Former Citizens Of Pakistan
-
As of January 2014 Applicants born in Pakistan, former Pakistani citizens, or those who are of Pakistani heritage must apply in person at the Indian Consulate.

Adopted children: Please provide original adoption papers or court documents.

C. Thumb print of child must be made on "both" pages.

1. Copy of Parents Valid Indian Visa or Application for Indian Visa being applied for along with the minor’s application
2. Both Parents/Legal Guardian's copy of the information page.
ADDITIONAL Documents:
NON-U.S. Parents/Legal guardians must provide proof of US immigration status.

Copy (front and back) of the Permanent Resident Cards or Employment Authorization Card.
